Pre-launch sub-skill: Validation & testing
Tests the built product against the original success definition and the approved scope, and reports anything that shipped outside it. Gates the other three sub-skills in this phase.

In one minute
- A sub-skill of Pre-launch activities, invoked first of its four, right after Implementation reports a working, deployed build.
- Checks the product against two different, earlier files: the success definition from
idea.md, and the scope fromdefinition.md, not just whether the code runs. - Its explicit job is to report scope drift, features that shipped but were not in the approved definition, not silently accept it.
- The one sub-skill in this phase that gates the rest. SEO, Accessibility, and UI/UX polish all wait for this one to pass first.
